Wally Increasing Productivity
One industry that benefited from our technology was involved in PE yarn manufacturing. The heating requirement was for drying the yarn; the previous system installed had frequent maintenance requirements that would bring the entire production line to a halt. Wally provided a zero-maintenance system and had the option to quickly swap in and swap out parts with minimal downtime. The power demand was reduced significantly and the operating costs for the same process were reduced by 80% using our solution.
